This product with the commercial code Ripardur HP is used for slag removal and also as a protective layer for aluminum alloys. It is possible to use this product in different furnaces and it leads to the removal of oxide inclusions and improvement of melt quality.

  • Flux for cleaning aluminum furnace lining

This product with the commercial code Ripardur CP is used as a furnace lining cleaning flux. Furnace lining is cleaned at temperatures above 750 degrees Celsius and at a high speed.

  • Flux for slag removing of aluminum-bronze alloys

This product with the commercial code Ripardur CU is used as a protective and cleaning flux for copper alloys that contain aluminum.

  • Flux for slag removing of copper alloys

Durocu product is a suitable slag remover and cleaner to protect copper and zinc alloys used during smelting. This product is available in the following two codes:

Durocu LB: This product is used to melt brass in furnaces.

Durocu HB: This product creates semi-fluid slags with regenerative properties, which also minimizes adhesion to the furnace wall.

It is also used for melting copper and its alloys in induction furnaces with low frequency.

  • Flux for slag removing of Zinc alloys

This product with the commercial code Duropol LZ is used to protect, recover and clean zinc slag and its alloys. During the smelting process, oxidation of zinc metal occurs, which causes the formation of slag with a high percentage of metals. The use of this product reduces the oxidation of molten zinc in the smelter. The benefits of using this product are prevention of zinc oxidation, cleaning and purifying the melt by absorbing oxides and impurities suspended in the melt.
